Seeing as it’s 18 degrees this morning, I thought I’d post pictures of a warmer day in the train room. From June’s TCA Convention layout tour, I had 105 people come through my little room!
I’m pretty sure I just rammed another train:
ANOTHER warm day, and a local photographer is setting up to take pictures for a CTT article:

The musuem has been asked by the Cleveland Botanical Garden to provide a train layout with the theam of 'Christmas in the City" So here is the start of it.
This is teo 2 foot by 8 foot tables. This will allow for easy trasport and fitting thru doors.
2 1/2 hours later, the train is running!
And then the road were added.
Phish - Thank you Sir. The only thing better would be for our pink friend to pop-out of the guard shack.
Cooljock - Well, since you let the kitty out of the bag…CONGRATS. Looking forward to seeing those pics in print.
Spank - Love the night shots.
Buckeye - Wifey wants a garden rr when we move to WV. Not sure I like deer that much…
couple shots from operating around layout… Happy thanksgiving.

Where’s the icon for attaching photos when one posts a reply???
Pete: It’s the square with the tree in the center.
Kurt
When I open the reply, all I get above the message text box are three tabs: Compose (text box), Options (shows emoticons), and preview. Below the text box is another box for tags. Do not have a square with a tree.
Scroll down past subject to the message area you leave a reply in. The tree is there by link, unlink, content, selector insert smily.
Ahaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!! The tool bar suddenly appeared. (No, I’m not technologically challenged.)
Great pictures everyone. I ran a wrecking train around my outer loop today to make sure the crane boom doesn’t knock anything over on the curves. Here’s a few shots of it:
Have a great week!

Jim,
I enjoy seeing your tinplate. Thanks for sharing. Guess it’s time I charge up the digital camera batteries and post a couple myself. This is a photo of some later Marx, with the Grand Central Marx as the hub.
Thanks to all who share on Sunday, I look forward to this post.

Yippee! The Polar Bears found The First Gift of Christmas…!
Phish - aka Jim,
…Always enjoy your Sunday posts. Was wondering what kind of camera you use, as your pics are always very sharp.

One day earlier this fall the guys down at the coffee shop decided to take their checker game outside.
The approaching American Flyer 420 doesn’t seem to bother them at all.
I think a couple of them had their hearing aids turned down anyway.
Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

Thanks. My camera is VERY low tech. It is a Kodak Easy Share DX4530. Very easy to use and we’ve had it for several years. I do use a tripod, and play around with the lighting.

JIMBO,
Nice! That is part of my wifes train system for under DA TREE. Difference is DA POLAR BEARs are trying to find owner of the Coca Cola bottle.
