LGBs are looking good.
Hey all great video’s/pic’s there all great. Heres my newest to becoming tmcc and being added to my fleet its a Lionel 6-18689 ( the book tells you to see 18207) I added ERR upgrade with railsounds 4 had some motor problems at first ( cleaned and re-lubed didn’t seem to help then I remembered the dang set screw at the top took it out and put a couple of drops off Lionel oil in each motor wha la thats all it took. ) I also in doing the above pulled the yellow wire from the engines loose ( and couldn’t see it ) so had couplers, engine sounds, crew talk, lights but no movement well when that got solved all was fine again and she is running like a champ the only place to let her stretch her legs is shelf layout so in pic she is actually pulling the load the A-B-B-A does normally.

PS she was new in box when I got her and only ran her enough to see she ran so for a 20 year old nib engine she sure is great

Great pics guys! Love the videos too! RT - glad you got it fixed!
Hey Kev, are you running 2 power units on that AT&SF passenger consist ?
Pardon the late entry, I just got this piece assembled. Basically I am restoring two items I won on an eBay auction. One is a 772 Checkerboard watertower, and the other is a 23758 “Sam the Signalman”. Both were in very rusty condition, but physically intact. Missing only one roof between them. I did a lot of wire brushing, sanding, and printed my own checkerboard decal.
This is how the water tower came out;
Sam, however, is still in pieces;
Hopefully in another week or so I’ll have an update on his “condition”.
A couple of pics of my Wifes motherday present. did convince her it needs to stay in the train room thou .
