What material is that CMR turntable made of? It looks like either clear styrene or plexiglas. How is the action on it? Is it motorized on manual? What does a puppy like that run? What made you choose that model? Thanks!

P.S. I just checked the web site (http://www.cmrtrain.com/turntable.html) for the info - it’s acrylic (or plexiglas). Not too bad of a price for the kit but it looks like that doesn’t include the motor. (Ouch! The indexing motor from NYRS is $369! I think the $88 manual one from Berkshire Junction is definitely more in my line of thinking and pocketbook.) I like laser cut kits. It seems like a very nice turnable.
