Does anyone know how well Beeps or other RMT stuff run through Superstreet d16 or d21 curves? How about a dockside switcher? So far my Lionel speeder and handcars run well. What else runs well on this system?
I have the superstreets with a 21" radius. A Corgi Birney with a motor add on runs great, and I can second the handcars running well!
I would be a little skeptical about running something with multiple trucks that need to turn. Those curves get pretty tight.

I have the 12 inch curves in Super Streets and the K-Line Plymouth switcher set makes it thru ok and an MTH trolley makes it around the curves as well. Tried a K-Line Polar Bear hand car set and it derailed at the curve, too tight.
Bought the 12 inch curves by mistake at my LHS, was going for 16 inch curves. Also the Lionel Fastrac wire set #71-2053-265 will hook up to power a ten inch straight track(curves have only center pin hook up), I am using two even though my Super Streets layout is only 3ft wide by 7 ft long.

Didn’t get much feedback so I purchased the locos and tested them myself. The Beeps run fine on d21 curves, but the wheels are too far apart for d15 curves. A dockside switcher will run on the d15 curves with some tightness. Dockside is smooth on d21 but I wonder what kind of wear and tear this heavy, die cast engine would do to this track over time.
I’m using a Fastrack Terminal section wire to connect my SS set power pack to a 10" straight section. I have a d21 loop with a d15 inner loop. I scavenged two short wires with quick connectors from Fastrack block sections to connect two 10" straight sections from the outer to the inner loop to power both tracks from the same power pack.
Thanks for the update!
