How sad.

Is there enough left to rebuild it with new lumber?

Wonder if there’s a chance of saving some of the metal components of it. Presumably most of the wood would have to be replaced anyways.

Probably kids partying and starting a warming fire. Happens too often out in farm country.

It would be nice if they could catch the vermin that burned it, then make them work at minimum wage until they earned enough money to pay for the car’s rebuilding and transportation!

sad the trash of society has no respect for anything

As long as there are pieces left as patterns plus the remaining boxcars which could serve as a guide there’s hope the car could be rebuilt. Too bad the bastard who torched the car hasn’t been caught. If caught hopefully he would be prosecuted under the full extent of the law.

Seems like it was the victim of a Halloween prank.
