Sorry It is not fair . We in Europ can not participaid in the great sweeptake from modelrail road… Man that sucks
Why …why …??? are we not as good in modelrailroading as you are ???
I think we all are equile we share the same dreams and the same hopes Wouldn’t it beter to globelaise modelrr It is fun to do isn’t it ?? Suppose we are one great group of friends sharing the same The world can come only nicer and better wouldn’t you think so ?? And look upon all the power we can give the company’s who make loco’s and cars Lower prices better models …
Some say I’m a dreamer but I’m not the only one…
Our sweepstakes rules are very compicated and it has a lot to do with where readers live. Many countries (and most U.S. states) have laws that strictly govern sweepstakes. In some cases, they’re against the law.
It’s not that you’re not as good at model railroading… far from it. Unfortunately, it’s out of our control. We would love to have everyone be able to participate, but we can’t.
The same thing often happens here in Canada - people living in the province of Quebec cannot participate in national promotions for some reason or another. So it’s not really a North America/Europe thing. It’s local laws as Bergie has noted.
I never enter any kind of sweepstakes anyway…I got a better chance of being struck by lightening than winning anything…especially something i really like…like a lot of cool MR stuff…if it’s too good to be true…you’re probably right…Chuck[:D]
Ok…here to prove a point…i just entered the sweepstakes…anybody wanna make a bet?..they say that lightening bolt is really fast…
You can’t win if you don’t enter. My wife is a huge sweepstakes, radio station contests etc player. Over the last 5 years she has won a trip to Vegas from the Toronto Sun, a radio station contest from Oshawa radio station 94.9 called Toys for Boys were she won a Yamaha ATV, chain saw, 4 tires, golf membership, hot tub, tickets to a Montreal-Toronto game in Montreal, tools and a Lazy Boy. A home entertainment center from a Toronto station called Q107. I always thought she was wasting her time but I soon changed, lol.
