Switchyards Locations in NC

Hello,

I work for the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources and I am beginning to develop a voluntary program to reduce switchyards idling locomotives emissions. I am new to this industry, so I was wondering if anyone knows more details about where these switchyards are located in North Carolina and who owns them. Any help will be really appreciated.

Oh my God, no wonder I have such a low opinion of DNER- Like the woman from the Mooresville office who tried to say that a leaking Dumpster was a failing pump station (and that is a true story). Try the Rail Div. at NCDOT- Good Grief.
