This has got to be one of the most stupid regulations to come along in a while. Does the Dept. of Transportation ever wonder why the shipments of nuclear materials aren’t also published? Or is just a matter of time before they to are published, for anyone who wants to sabotage the carrier and therefore endanger the public? Will the railroads also be responsible for training the Emergency Responders in how to do their jobs, instead of their respective states. Putting out fires, all types, vehicles including aircraft, because the railroads do carry aircraft and parts regularly, auto’s and trucks too.

The hysterical Enviro-Nazies of the Seattle area will be glad to know this so they can try to block the trains and otherwise impede movement, not only of the oil trains, but also coal trains as they don;t fit the E-Z concept of carbon free energy sources.
