Tangent’s freight cars are among the very best detailed models offered in HO scale. I have several (two types of covered hoppers and two kinds of gondolas) and am well pleased with them.

The latest Tangent HO car, introduced by David Lehlbach at the prototype modelers’ group’s meeting in Illinois October 19, is a GATX 6,000 gallon three-compartment tank car produced beginning in 1929 and still in use into the 1970’s.

I just received Tangent’s three dome tank car, and it is one of the most detailed finished models I’ve ever seen. Really like the workmanship.
