What makes their products cost more than other manufacturers? Detail? Materials?

I am not griping, I’m just curious.

I would say detail, plus the fact that they have been tooled and produced very recently at a time when those costs have been rising for every model railroad manufacturer. John Timm

I was going to guess that maybe they are made in the U.S.A., but their web site says that they are assembled in China from U.S. design and tooling.
