What is Williams Trains going to use as the base model for the Union Pacific Heritage Locomotive Schemes: the existing SD90MAC or a new SD70ACe?

Amazing how three (so far) companies are going to make the same items.
I swear they must bump heads & say " okay, this time lets all make these (heritage engines)!"
Hope there is a big demand for them.
