This is to let you know that we have received notice that the
Teamsters Union in Canada representing our maintenance of way employees
intend to commence strike action at 11:59 PM Tuesday May 15th. As
many of you know, we intend to operate with Canadian management staff
covering these positions. Those people so assigned will start deploying
today. This will mean that some of our departments will be staffed at
skeletal levels.
