Telephone pole street lights

Does anyone know of a commercial manufacturer who makes an HO scale telephone pole with a working street light? There are lots of working street lights and lots of telephone pole models, but no combinations that I can find. In the real world, they are pretty common around our neck of the woods.

I have seen these and do not believe that they illuminate ???
I checked Walthers and do not find any that DO work.
If you do, let me know by Edition year and page # please.
