Tenshodo 0-6-0T also Bachmann 4-6-2

Hello everyone, I just acquired a Tenshodo 0-6-0T Cast metal switcher partially finished with no instructions (not even in Japanese) and no ideas as to what is missing. Does anyone out there have any idea where I could start looking to find the parts and what and how I need to do to go about finishing this model. Secondly I also just acquired a Bachmann 4-6-2 Pacific that is missing the drawbar. It is an older unit, so does anyone have an idea about where to acquire one of those. Thanks BTB
