ITEM 1. GREENWICH SUBDIVISION - REALIGNMENT A. THE GREENWICH
SUBDIVISION WITH CURRENT LIMITS BETWEEN MP QI 14.5 (CP 13) AND MP QI 83.9
(CP83) WILL BE REALIGNED AND WITH THE NEW LIMITS OF THE GREENWICH
SUBDIVISION BETWEEN MP QI 14.5 (CP 13) AND MP QI 54.9 (E.A.S. CP
54) ITEM 2 MT VICTORY SUBDIVISON - REALIGNMENT A. THE MT.
VICTORY SUBDIVISION WITH CURRENT LIMITS BETWEEN MP QI 83.9 (CP 83) AND MP
VICTORY SUBDIVISION WITH CURRENT LIMITS BETWEEN MP QI 83.9 (CP 83) AND MP
QI 138.9 (CP 138) WILL BE REALIGNED AND WITH THE NEW LIMITS OF THE MT.
VICTORY SUBDIVISION BETWEEN MP QI 54.9 (CP 54) AND MP QI 138.9 (CP 138).

IN EFFECT. ITEM 4. REALIGNMENT OF TRAIN DISPATCHER TERRITORY
A. THE TOLEDO BRANCH SUBDIVISION WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE

Displacement rights for all the affected Dispatchers…both those losing territory and those gaining territory. Plus those that stay on jobs that have territory added to them will need to be trained on the operation of the territory added. Management will then wonder why they don’t have qualified people and why they have to pay overtime to get the jobs properly staffed.
