Ok, this like i said is only a test to see if i have figured out how to post pics of my layout progress. These were taken with my camera phone so they are not great but give a general idea of what i am doing. It isnt great but, it’s my first and it’s a learning cycle.

You’re real close, Chris. Put [ img] before the link and [ /img] after the link. Do not leave a space between the bracket and the link. Also, I put a space immediately after the opening bracket on each tag. Remove those also.
BTW, nice work. If you could enlarge the pics slightly, it would help.

Medina, That means alot thanks you. Hey that was easier than i thought. I have a pic somewhere i took a few days before that the is one i posted ; Along the back of the third table( Which you cant see to the left of the pic ) there are two mountains one on the front and the other along the back ; Welp, i had the backdrop from behind the mountain to the end of the center table( 8 ft ) and it was about 3 ft tall. Well, i decided to cut it basically in half, painted it a harbor blue color after priming and used the flat white circular motion for the mountains. All of what i have learned from you great guy on here![:D].
Didnt do to well on the places where the pieces meet tho[:(] can see the line where i butt the two pieces but, i keep telling myself this is all about learning and my next will be better! [;)]

Here’s one more shot of my layout. This is a Fine Scale Miniatures kit "Baxter’s building supply.
Wow Bob, my layout is crap compared to yours! That looks great, mine is kinda start here and there ,bit at a time , and in no way has the great detail your has.[V]. The back drops are 1/4 hardboard, little stip of molding on top for strength , painted flat gray first then, harbor blue. The clouds are flat white ( used in circular motions here and there.( yep all spray paint) [:D] the cheap kind except for the blue! could find a cheap blue that came close to the color i thought. And all trial and error . painted it twice, originally when it was two 4 ft pieces together ,and the second when i decided it didnt look right s tall as it was.( almost 3 ft originally) now i think it is 18 inches.

And like i said your layout rocks, great job, hopefully when all is said and done mine might look better

Great clutter Bob. I like the dark mood, that was really popular decades ago. Brighter colors are in vogue at the moment but I like the darker feel. I rally like the well used feel.
I’m a new guy like you, Chris., looking at the fine projects people have done here. We just have to keep banging away and having fun with it.
Bob Grech…what approximate year is your layout depicted in?
I also like the darkness of it.
