TEST, can you see the image?

NO
Brian (KY)

NO,unless you are counting the little X in the box.

…If I right click on red X I bring up a window that includes “show Picture”…but it doesn’t.

CSX 7846

Can’t see it using IE v.5.2.3 build 5815.1 on a Mac (red “x” for unloaded image).
It won’t open when clicked in that program.
Option-click downloads file as “yn3.jpg”, but Preview won’t open this file, says it’s corrupted or otherwise not in a JPEG format Preview can read.

Not as is, but if you right click on the x and select properties it gives you the web address which you can copy and paste and open in another window. CSX 7846.

I bet the host doesn’t allow direct image linking… If you put just the URL in for the photo without the IMG tags, it should work fine. The image will then open in a new window.

BRF…I did that and it brought up an advertisement page…??
Correction: Must have tried to open wrong address somehow to get the advertisment page…but still not able to bring it {photo}, up in another location…

BRF

I got it to work.

After following Blue Ridge Front’s instructions,I got it to come up also.
Cool pic. CSX 7846 & 8201. [:)]

…Frustrating…!

I clicked on the red X and nothing happpened.I then right clicked on it and still nothing.I am using the computer at my local library, so maybe that’s why it doesn’t work.I have seen this red X before, with instructions to click on it, but it has never worked[:(][:(!].

Took forever to download; started as a HUGE image, but when download was complete, the pic shrunk to fit the forum format.

Strange that it worked for me, because many of the above posts mentioned getting the “X”, I expected to also get the “red X”, like I do on some other sites.

…Where did you go to open up a “window” to display it…?

You right click on the image and click “Open in New Window”. But to view this image you’ll have to copy the URL and paste directly into the adress bar.

…Guilford350: Your words of instructions just saved this {new}, computer from going out the window…Finally…! That made it work. I thank you for the info.

…Looks like that train is passing past a passenger station…with the cement platform between the tracks.

Good, I’m glad it worked for you![:)]
