does anyone have experience with this? it seems like a good deal, a good airbrush and compressor for this price.
GEARHEAD426
Gearhead, while that’s not bad, I can get a Badger airbrush & a small multi-use compressor for about $130 Canadian.
The compressor is a Campbell Hausfield compressor that can pretty much help around the house as it’s powerful enough to fill a car tire & use a Brad nailer as well.
$100 Canadian @ Walmart. This I already have.
The airbrush, I can get @ my LHS any day for $30.
Just my suggestion, check out Walmart or even Target.

I joined this site a month ago to learn about airbrushing:
that seems high you can try to find a badger 180 I have got two (one I gave to an exfriend} but I paid $40 each
and that airbrush is on ebay all the time
you can get that for $20 a set for under $60

The thing about AZteck air brushes is that the whole nozzle can be changed. Some people like it some don’t. Can be easier for newbies.
Micro-Mark, they are on the web, have good deals, but check out Wal-Mar too. I like airbrushing, but sometimes I like just the old spray can, besides you get a ton of colors.

My first airbrush was an Aztek and it always was plugging up, even when diluting the acrylic painted significantly. I was very disappointed. My next airbrush was a Badger 350 which sells for about $49.00. I finally wore that one out. I’ll probably buy another Badger or Pasche
You can get a badger 150
with a fine\medium and large tip shipped for $89. You can probably get a good air compressor for $70. I’ll post the link in a minute. It’s on the other computer.
I bought one dont waste your money. Go to LOWES buy a compressor for $100. comes with trap and regulator, then buy yourself a good airbru***he quick change nozzles are a pain as they clog easily even after they are thoroughly cleaned,my opinion.
You can get a Badger airbrush plus a good small compressor for less. Go to a Home Depot, Walmart, or other DIY store and get a small Senco or Campell Hausfield compressor for around $100. These compressors have an airtank and are much more useful, powerful, and economical then the dedicated “hobby compressors”.
here is the link.
