Afew years ago, a lady with the STATE FAIR OF TEXAS said she wanted all that railroad junk gone from the fairgrounds…Wonder if she is still around, if so, she needs to view that section of the fairground…Maybe she is pleased…

Sorry, that’s one of my peeves.
4-8-0+0-8-4 is how Garratt (and Beyer-Peacock) locomotives were classified.
No matter who the public park is, they don’t appreciate the beauty and love of our Railroad Past or Future.
I am glad to see they are going to finally restore a Big Boy.
Good video of the move, though somewhat sad to see the cut rods. But great paint, seemingly really easy move.
