I had to chuckle at this part: “The train, it appears, was unable to stop quick enough…” That’s some A-1 reporting right there.
But you have to admit it’s better than ‘the train, it appears, was unsuccessful in taking evasive action to safely avoid collision’…
or
“The conductor was unable to safely avoid hitting the truck’s expensive cargo” [:o)][D)]
Well once again, train 1, truck 0. I do not think that the railroad wil l have to pay for the damaged cargo because the truck go stuck on the tracks. Drivers fault.
No matter the circumstances, it’s always the train’s fault, isn’t it?
