The Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Cirus train passed throught Altavista today rolling north at about 3 PM. It stopped but I unfortunalty was unable to go see what was up. My dad said there was another section in Lynchburg about noon today. How long (cars wise) are the 2 sections combined? ALso I thought I read something that it was federal law that animals had to get a rest break like every 1 and half days, is that corect?
