Good Saturday morning, everyone! We have a morning temp of about 35 degrees this morning; can’t remember right now what our high today will get up to. But know it’ll be cold!
Joe, thanks for making the coffee, juice and rolls this morning!! Already have my coffee, and think I’ll get some hot chocolate in a little bit.
I have a question for all of you: Tonight, would you prefer a big ole pot of chili, or do you want to have our regular Saturday Night Pizza Fest?
Hope you all have a great day, and take care. See you all later!
Cw thanks for the pizzas.not the best day for trainwatching but matt and I checked it out while mamma went to the store.she did buy us some extra cookies for dessert so we’ll need some milk.
Good Sunday morning to all! Joe, you’re welcome about the pizzas last night. Guess we’ll have cold pizza for breakfast this morning, along with some turkey bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, pancakes and waffles. We also have fresh baked cinnamon rolls this morning.
Coffee, hot chocolate, hot cider, and hot tea are ready for this morning, and there’s fresh oj, oj/tangerine, pineapple and apple juice, all ready and in the cooler.
Our temp this morning is right at 32 degrees, and should get up to a high in the low 40s by about 4 p.m. So, if you’re getting out this morning, to go to Church services, be sure you bundle up. (I know there are some of you who have cooler temps than we do here this morning!)
Do I have any requests for lunch today, or would you like sandwiches, like sloppy joes, burgers, hot dogs, etc.?

For lunch today, I’ve fixed the following: the last of the turkey has been heated, with gravy, for open-face turkey sandwiches w/mashed taters and gravy; beef stew w/cornbread, and am preparing a very special Tex-Mex dinner tonight, in honor of Ed’s birthday, along with some special desserts. And, because you can’t get too many birthday wishes: Ed,
