I dont believe there is any. Amtrak is your best bet between those two places. Get of MARC at Aberdeen Maryland get on Amtrak to Newark Delaware. Then SEPTA from Newark to 30th street station then another SEPTA train to Trenton New Jersey and so one.

As I said I work for DART and just noticed at lunch that we had a schedule for some sort of shuttle bus out of Glasgow. I just glanced at it and noticed Elkton being mentioned. Give me a chance to check it out tomorrow and I’ll get back to you.
Amtrak doesn’t stop in Newark (old home town) very often. Best to take it all the way to Wilmington.
C.T. Cruiser is the name of the company that provides the shuttle I mentioned yesterday. But it only runs from Elkton to Glasgow. Many Maryland eastern shore counties have started up their own little bus services, so maybe C. T. Cruiser is providing service throughout Cecil County. It looks like it is possible to take public transportion other then Amtrak from Fredricsburg VA all the way to Newburyport MA. Also from Fitchburg MA to Garder to Springfield MA via interconnecting buses
