Hello Everyone,

First off let me say that I am sorry I have been gone so long. School has started back up in Wyoming and with it most of the part time staff at work have quit with it. And since there isn’t eneugh full time staff to go around I have been putting in lots of extra hours. Good for the paycheck, bad for getting work done on the layout.

Next let me say to Bergie, that I hope you can see the humor in this post. It is meant to be funny and humorous and I hope you enjoy it. I watched the Dream Plan Build Vol.3 DVD last night and your segment on wheathering with chalks is at the for front of my mind as I unwind with some rum and cokes.

So now on with the roast.

I understand that he “runs” these boards, but that doesn’t mean he is larger than life. I don’t get this. It is actually a little creepy. This sounds like something he may hear from close friends, but members of the forum???

On the subject of the DVD series. I sat down with one of my seven month old twins and made a vain attempt to watch our latest delivery. Eddie loved the first segment, a layout visit, but the instant Andy S came on with a techniques topic, the baby squirmed, kicked and rebelled. I guess he knows that trains are menat to be running on tracks, not handled by goliaths 87.1 times life size!

Hey, I thought it was great! Some relaxing humor and gently poked fun on the boards! [:D]

But then, I’ve always had an offbeat sense of humor. Monty Python’s “Search for the Holy Grail” is one of my favorite movies.

I thought the Shatner roast was a great IDEA–I looked forward to it. I had to turn if off after 10 minutes beacuse it was nothing but nasty and offensive. I tried it again abour 40 minutes into it and it had not gotten any better. Apparently Comedy Central thinks that America is too stupid to think and the only way to be funny is to be outright vulgar. [soapbox]
