My Brother in law wants his cash out of our property (half share) so we have to sell. So the Midland Line is due for demolition!!

Wow, it looks like you’ve put some serious work in on that layout - in a pretty short amount of time. I remember your recent home-office pics with the colorful curtains.
Maybe you would consider a modular layout next time - which could at least reduce the pain of a move.
Sectional layouts suck. I know; I’ve built two (never again!)
I’d suggest offering to buy out your brother-in-law’s share in the property, as it looks like a beautiful piece of land. How’s the mortgage scene in Oz?
Not sure what mortgages are like in OZ we’re in New Zealand!! LOL[:)]
A mortgage for half of what it owes us would be manageable but it’s worth around 400k more than we paid and he’s looking at the profit[:O]

Definitely!!! After agreeing on how long we would be here (5-10 years) we feel pretty ripped off. So no more deals with Tony.
