Hi Arnie;
Is this the 4 X 8 foot N Scale Layout that appeared in the Atlas Book 9 N Scale Layouts you can model?
What type of track did you use? The sectional track that is mentioned in that publication, I believe is no longer manufactured by Atlas.
Sincerely,
Roger Evans
Hi Roger,
Thanks for watching. The layout was derived from the Atlas layout but modified to 8x5 and it incorporates a number of significant changes to the track plan. All the track is by Atlas (Code 80). I only used sectional track where necessary (rerailers, turnouts, bridges). Otherwise, it’s all Atlas flex track.
Arnie
Love the layout. Love the day to night video. Love the story as it entered each station. Very cool.
Arnie, good job with the night scenes. We rarely get to see a video of the trains operating at night. I was watching your track signals. Do they operate automatically?
Wonderful job in all aspects. Great lighting and scenicing.
Well done!
The n scale video was just GREAT. I sat here for hours and enjoyed every minute of it…Paul
Arnie;
Congratulations on a great modeling job and exceptional
high quality video.
Wonderful video. Well shot and lit. I too model a past era. The scenery and buildings are very well done.
Congrats.
What a GREAT video! Even 'tho I am not a modeller of the modern era, and am a die-hard “O” scaler, I can share the FUN that accompanied the builders, operators, and the video producers that provided this. Hey - Model Railroading is Fun, isn’t it!
With out any concerns I would take this “N” scale layout in a heartbeat…
Nicely done sir!
great and well done.I hope my new layout will be that good
really enjoyed watching a sequence of the layout scenery construction series. Learned a lot.
Great music. Who is it by??? Fantastic layout toooo.
Very very good, close your eyes and take a trip …
The layout looks great. The night scenes were very nice.
Hard to believe that’s ‘N’. Beautiful layout and great video. Well done!
A real accomplishment in model railroading. A great combination of excellent scenery and detailing with trackwork, electrical function, and photography. This is not easy.
