Thank you. I do not care much for individual post counts. I do care that I have to wait several hours to have a moderator approve a posting. Other sites I visit can handle spammers without inconvienencing legitimate users. Thanks again.
What is the purpose of post counts anyway?

Some people use the post counts to imply a level of experience or knowledge that may or may not be there. It is too easy to increase post counts simply by replying to posts with one or two words that don’t add anything to the topic. It is nice that the numbers are no longer shown and post counts should only be shown to the owners of the posts on their profile page.

Well, yes, they kind of are. Just hover your cursor under where it says “posted by”.
I was wondering about that. I’ve been back to zero around a dozen times that I bothered to count and never once had to go through moderation again.

While we are fixin stuff, My status somehow got deleted . It used to say “retired conductor” next to my avatar and still does when I go into where you can edit it, but it wont show anywhere else.
