I read it!!! TRP stands for The Railroad Press. Why what is going on with TRP??

It’s a great,high quality magazine that focuses(pun intended) on photographic techniques as they apply to railfanning.

I do. I have purchased random issues since its first year of printing. I believe TRP has the best color photo reproduction in the railroad magazine industry. The articles are good too.

then nope…i dont read it… i get industry publications such as Progressive Railroading…and RailWay Age…

I think Railway Age has some good articles pretaining to railroad technology. One article I really liked was in November’s 2004 issue was titled “CSX Charts a More Consistant Course”. However TRP magizine is excellent in their photograhy and history. My favorit TRP issue is #57 titled Classic Conrail.

Bought random issues for a while, until my local hobby store closed. Great photos.

Pick it up from time to time. Worth the money.

I do, I really like the first person stories, esp Bodnar’s. I am probably going to get the book he has put together on life on the LV.
