Thanks Harold, good info. Do you know if the retooled cars are in a different manufacture number range?

They appear to have the same numbers. They do have a white label instead of the old gold on the box. They have the brakestaffs and couplers on them now.

If I’m viewing your pictures correctly, the new version rides lower on its trucks. That’s a great improvement. Nice that they’ve improved the ladder rung detail also.
