It appears that the railroad bridges across the Mississippi River at Burlington and Clinton, Iowa, did not receive any funding from the TIGER.
I’m still trying to find out which of the CREATE projects are getting funding. Projects I know of for sure that have gotten help are a grade separation at 71st Street and the IHB, and the additional main line and IHB connection on the UP in the vicinity of Proviso. Unfortunately, this massive document doesn’t go into specifics.
