My wife and I watched “Bones” last night. The two FBI agents were chasing a female suspect into a rail yard and onto a passenger train. I could not identify and railroad’s name on the locomotive. Can anyone help identify the railroad and it’s location?

Happily retired NP-BN-BNSF from Minneapolis.
Those scene were shot at the Filmore and Western RR near Los Angeles. So many shows have been shot there that TRAINS had a story about the RR a few years ago, complete with a listing of all the shows done up to that point.
The most recent show I saw made there was an episode of NCIS: Los Angeles involving hazardous materials. I recognized that coach with the blue sides below the windows from an episode of “Buffy the Vampire Slayer”. The list just goes on and on.
