This weekend, my father-in-law and I had the fortune to happen upon a 12" line modeled in the Missouri countryside. It’s located about 45 minutes from downtown St. Louis, Missouri. It takes about 25-30 minutes to traverse the line that runs along the Meramec River. It was well worth the trip, and the next time you’re in the area, check it out!! Their link is posted below.
Very cool! Neat railroad is’nt it? It has been operating since the 1930’s! I myself have not made it out there yet!
