Was the Wabash’s mainline thru Hannibal, Missouri double tracked or single tracked in the late 1940’s? Did the Wabash have any switchers assigned to Hannibal, or did the Q do all of the local work there? What types of motive power were usually seen on the Wabash other than FA-2’s, and did the Wabash have any passenger trains on this route?
