The theme for volume 156 of Trackside with Trains.com is: Close clearance.
The deadline for volume 156 reader submissions is Thursday, January 13.
All submissions must meet the following criteria, please use this list as a checklist before you send in your image:
- Image must be relevant to the round’s theme.
- Only .jpgs will be accepted. PLEASE NO SCANS, only digital image. Images must be no larger than 1024 pixels wide.
- E-mail your image to trackside@trains.com. Any image e-mailed to a different address will not be considered.
- When you e-mail your photo, please make the subject line: “Trackside vol. XXX submission.” For example, this round is volume 156, so the e-mail subject line should read, “Trackside vol. 156 submission”
- Images must be received by the deadline stated in each round’s theme announcement.
- Your image must have a description. Please limit the description to 200 words or less. Include relevant camera and photo details in your description. View previous “Trackside with Trains.com” rounds for examples.
- Please include your full name and hometown with your submission.
Finally, remember, this is a friendly competition. Participants do not receive compensation. Winners do not receive prizes.
