Boy, did I find something cool in my attic last week!
We were doing some repairs on our hose this past week , and we needed to get into the attic. We have very rarely been in the attic of our house, because it’s not a true attic. There is no way you could stand up, and it is full of powdered insulation. Well, we were digging around in there, and I found, behind a giant pile of insulation a rusty green metal box, that was incredibly heavy. We got it down, thinking it was $$$$$ or something! It wasn’t. it was stuffed with records of this lady whom used to live here in our house. So we were looking through it, and we found 2 things that really brought a smile to my face.
1. A paper that is from the Railroad Retirement Board. That states that the person retired from a railroad. This is what it says.
