a question… you’re building a huge layout and making good progress , but are you planning on building all the benchwork before you lay any track ? seems to me that i’d get a bit burned out on just building benchwork with no way to run even a small train over some track . maybe you’re more patient than i am !
Very good question. I will build the benchwork from North Yard to Big Ten and up to the upper level finished and then I will start laying track. I think I will start laying track in maybe 2-3 month from now. It’s a long way to run trains from the lower level to the upper so that will be a nice break. Then I will continue with the rest of the benchwork.

But your progress looks great. When do you anticipate laying the first rails?
In 2-3 month from now. I will use Micro Engineering track.
