Got a mental block this morning. What was the title of the book that all passenger and travel agents used to arrange routing and tickets? Would appreciate an answer and I know that a lot of your readers of forum will know the answer.
Known as “The Guide” or “The Official Guide”. Name: “The Official Guide of The Railways and Steam Navigation Lines of the United States, Porto Rico, Canada, Mexico and Cuba; Also Timetables of Railroads in Central America, Air-Line Schedules”. At least that’s the title page of the June 1958 edition sitting before me.
