I just got it for myself for my 40th b-day. The video has a lot of great insights on using fastrack and building a layout. The video also includes the original tubular track video featuring Elliot (bigboy) the genie in the lionel smoke bottle. They even show some nice ways to alter the track for special applications.

I have not, but you certainly got my curiosity up.
The newer DVD I’ve not yet seen, but my Dad owns a copy of the original video. Anyone who is starting to build a layout should definately try to get a copy of the first one (or second one too from what I’ve heard). It details everything from building and preparing the table, laying track, wiring, scenery, and creating insulated track sections. A very informational video. TM promised a Part 2 to the original back when it was first released, but for reasons unknown to me it never came to be. This new one looked like a good buy, glad you’re enjoying it!
I have the video too. It is very good, I only wish that it was available when I was developing my layout.
