Solar treatment in Cold Frame worked. Franks idea of Kiltz treatment was used, let dry 24 hours and then latex paint top coat let dry and stabilize for a week. No smell, used PL adhesive to bond 1/2" Homesote to 5/8" plywood.

Next is edging and type of legs to use. Open for ideas?
