thank for your not-so-illuminating post… do you furnish a blueprint to help in understanding it? does this relate to the opening topic, “to edit or not edit”? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ If someone quotes your post, changes to your original post do not follow on to the quote. So if, f’rinstance, you posted something you later regret, you can change the original post, but any and all quotes of that post will remain until that poster goes in and changes his/her post. Confused yet?
i have read my “user profile” and “user setttings”… nothing there about editing my posts… could there be some administrative issue involved in my acct. that disable “edits” to my posts? it sounds dumb, but i cant think of anything else…
