You’ll want to get some pine trees for sure. Also get some rubber rock molds and hydrocal, so you can make your own rock formations. Then use a light (diluted) wash of grey color for the rocks.

I think the first supply you should purchase is a good book on model railroad scenery; I personally like Dave Frary’s.

public librarys vists are lower than in the 1990s because people can just go on to the nook or kindle or go to a big box book store and buy the book. scenery work starts tomarrow.
