I just received outstanding customer service from Tony’s when I called about a Magna Force power supply that suddenly failed after 2 1/2 years of light usage. After discussing the problem briefly, Tony volunteered to replace it at a deep discount AND told me how to troubleshoot and repair the likely problem with my current unit. He wouldn’t accept my old one in exchange, and even when I tried he wouldn’t let me pay full price for the new one.
After 2 1/2 years, I think that’s simply outstanding, and I want to credit Tony’s publicly.
