layout style: around the walls with a 5x6 penisula

roadbed: Probably cork
track : I’m not picky aobut prototypical with the track work so, Code 100 flextrack
Turnouts #8 mainline and #6 yard and sidings

Scenery: Extruded foam board
Control: I curently have MRC DCC but am going to switch to Digitrax
