AFAIK.
The A1A trucks came from under one of these going for scrap, as this one is.
CNR also took these trucks and put them under RS-18s for branch-line use and derated to 1400 HP.

This usually indicates the truck swap, as these trucks are probably from under recipient Unit.

The Traction Motors may well be ‘Switcher Type’ Did not check Data, as 1700s were 539 1000 HP.
