This is a beautiful route. I chartered the former excursion train for the Southern Appalachia Railway Museum in 2003 and covered the entire railroad from Payette to Cascade. It was a great day of train riding and photography.
Beautiful country and RDC’S. See you all there soon. Sure miss those on Vancouver Island and B C Rail. Awe those were good days my friends. Support these folks, keep them running.
