Can anyone tell me the three issues of MR in which Gerry Leone explained how he built the town of Westcott on his railroad. I have tried searching the MR website but have not had much luck.

The Annual Index doesn’t work for me in Firefox or Chrome. When I click on the Annual Index for either year, it just reloads the page that lists all the years.
I found articles in the March 2013 issue, the December 2014, and the January 2014.
