I purchased 3rd PlanIt in mid January and I have found it to be an excellent program. However, as I puchased the electronic download version, I received an email with a temporary username and password which would work for 30 days. I have not yet received my password from El Dorado software. Email inquires go unanswered and I cannot seem to reach anyone via phone.

Has anyone else had difficulties contacting this company. If you did, please share your secret as to how to obtain a password so that I can complete designing my future layout as I did purchase the software.

Is El Dorado Software still in business?

El Dorado (publisher of 3rd PlanIt) is a small company and responses can be slow, but the company is still very much in business.

Others have found that their temporary software password works fine beyond the 30 days when the company is slow in repsonding. If it has stopped working, I think most users have had quickest results by leaving a phone message.
