I have done a lot of research, and I cannot seem to find any programs that has you be a dispatcher. I know that there is a program called Rail Dispatch 3/3.5. I have tried to download those programs, and it dosen’t work (upon further research, I found out that these programs are annulled). Is there any other programs out there other than the previously stated ones, or are there no programs currently out there?

Although I’m not usually a fan of pirating software, it does occur to me that someone with a valid serial number might ‘loan’ it to you to download the previously-for-purchase additional territories that are now only available (via download) for prior customers, or download and unzip the files for you on request.
