I’m with Newyorkcentralfan on this one.
According to the Montgomery County, MD noise ordinance a police officer may cite anybody who creates a noise disturbance (for example sounding a loud blast on a locomotive air horn on a car) using the legal definition of a noise disturbance in the ordinance alone without using a noise meter. As far as I know citations on the basis of noise disturbances alone have stood up in court.

I watch all the episodes[bow] but my favorite was the guy blasted to the cop. Now, that’s is priceless!
It could have been improved on. Say if the cops pulled him out of the truck and gave him a wood shampoo.
