Train Inventory Software

I wasn’t really looking for any, but found this on another forum. www.musicmixradio.com/yardoffice

I have been using an Excel spread sheet, and thats been fine. However, this company provides a FREE “Shareware” download. It had “limited” capacity, but so far, I havn’t been restricted by anything. Also, the full version is only like $27.

I’m sure it was developed for HO, but all the Categories and Types are easily changed to O scale. I think its definetly worth a look, if your at all considering any. Never can tell when you may need the information. And, with all those cold wintery nights coming, it’ll give you something to do.

Here in the SOUTH, we know how to count and have great memories. Guess you need Microsoft. [:-^]

Keep in mind the fact that if the old Spousal Unit doesn’t know what you’ve been spending on trains, having an electronic tally of same might not be a good idea. Unless of course, you use a Mac and have “your side” of the computer, and she has “Her side” of the computer, and never the two interface.

Has anyone used the MI Trains inventory software? I’d be interested in your feedback.

Thanks!
